Chris is an award-winning copywriter and screenwriter who has spent the last decade trying to marry comedy with heart. Originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania, Chris has spent time in Atlanta, Boulder, San Francisco, and NYC writing everything from national TV spots for the world's biggest brands to tweets for some of the world's smallest. He helped craft a celebrity-packed campaign for Sprint (with Judy Greer, Andrew Dice Clay, Kyle Mooney, directed by Stacy Wall) as well as work for Skype, Macy’s, Virgin Atlantic and AC Hotels. He’s written series for web and television, as well as comedy shorts. A veteran of Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Pereira & O’Dell, and Figliulo&Partners, Chris believes strongly in puns, innuendos, call backs, sleight of hands, the long pause, the long con, and strong female leads.

Kate Torgovnick May 

Kate is a journalist and author who’s fascinated by people and their unusual passions. As the “Storyteller” at TED, she worked with the non-profit’s TED Prize winners to share their work and ideas in the most compelling ways possible across digital, video and print mediums. She created the strategy for global project rollouts with the likes of VICE, Sundance and National Geographic, projects that were featured in 40+ high-profile media outlets simultaneously at launch. She’s written for The Atlantic, The New York Times, and JANE Magazine. She’s the author of CHEER!: Inside the Secret World of College Cheerleaders (Simon & Schuster), which Joyce Carol Oates called “spirited, fascinating, at times disturbing and always absorbing.” The CW transformed it into their series HELLCATS, for which Kate was a producer. All of Kate’s work is grounded on in-depth research, an true understanding of what makes people tick.

Andrew May 

Andrew is fascinated by the collision of art and commerce, and how those two seemingly disparate fields enable each other. He’s produced award-winning work for a diverse range of clients — from Absolut to Google to Puma to Newcastle. He’s overseen the integrated production of global campaigns, and has launched creative in over ninety international markets. He’s won Webbys, FWAs and Cannes Lions. Andrew has directed original and branded content for brands such as YouTube and DIRECTV NOW, as well as award-winning short films, including Final_Final, which premiered at The Palm Springs International Shortfest in 2016 and won the Audience Choice Award at the Nitehawk Shorts Festival in Brooklyn.
